Start in Cairo with everyone's dream, the Great Pyramids of Giza, plus the Sphinx and the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities. Then proceed to Alexandria with its great Roman heritage, and finish in Luxor, the world's largest open-air museum, to explore Ancient Egyptian civilization with its huge temples and fascinating tombs.

Itinerary information

Day 01: Arrive in Egypt - Pyramids - Egyptian Museum

Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be met by our English-speaking representative, who will assist you with all formalities and bags.
Then your Egyptologist guide will take you to the Pyramids of Giza (Khufu, Khafre and Menkaure), with the Sphinx guarding the whole area. Lunch at a local restaurant.
After lunch, visit the Egyptian Museum, one of the most important museums in the world, housing Pharaonic monuments including those of King Tutankhamen. You will also have the chance to make an optional visit to the Mummies' Room.
After your tour, you will be transferred in a private air-conditioned vehicle to your hotel in Cairo, where our representative will assist you with check in. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 02: Full Day Trip to Alexandria

Breakfast at the hotel. Then your Egyptologist guide will accompany you on a tour to Alexandria. Start by exploring the Library of Alexandria, one of the main sources of knowledge in the ancient world, built on the site of the ancient library. The new library was inaugurated in 2002 and holds over two million books.
Then enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, visit the Roman Amphitheatre, the only example of a Roman theatre in Egypt, built in the 4th century AD with 13 rows of white marble.
Continue to Pompey's Pillar, erected in 292 AD. At the end, visit Sultan Qaitbay Citadel (from outside), one of the most famous sights in Alexandria.
After your tour, drive back to Cairo and proceed to your hotel for overnight.

Day 03: Luxor Day Trip from Cairo by Flight

Explore the West Bank of Luxor, including the Valley of the Kings, the royal cemetery of the Theban kings and rulers of ancient Egypt. Then visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El Bahari, carved into the mountain, and the Colossi of Memnon, which belong to King Amenhotep III. Lunch at a local restaurant.
Later, discover the East Bank of Luxor, including the Karnak Temples Complex, and Luxor Temple, built by one of the kings of the 12th dynasty and completed by King Ramses II.
After your tour, you will be transferred to Luxor Airport to fly to Cairo. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel for overnight.

Day 04: Transfer to Cairo Int. Airport - Final Departure

Check out after breakfast. Our representative will pick you up and transfer you to Cairo International Airport for final departure.
